All right that's it. Let's start.
The first thing I've got to say is: I have no bike. Not yet. I'll leave that for August when, after flying to Italy, I'll cycle all the way back here.
For the first 90 days (mid June to end July) I've trained 4 to 5 times a week, alternating running to swimming, to the occasional so called cross-training (trekking and basketball).
How did it go? Wonderfully. I feel much more comfortable in the pool and in the lake as well, I've kind of learnt sighting, and I'm finally able to swim freestyle for a couple of hundreds meters without dying.
Regarding running I tried to build a decent endurance (up to 20km) while also work on some tempo and some strength (running uphill).
That's it, basically just trying to get comfortable doing the sports. Nutrition-wise, apart from a natural raise of my appetite, nothing to talk about. Maximum length of a workout has never exceeded 90min so far, so I haven't felt the need for eating on the road. Just keep eating healthy food, cooking at home, having maybe more carbs (back to the Italian daily ratio of pasta :) )
Next month will be almost entirely a cycling month (125km x day average) given my bikepacking trip back to Georgia, however I have signed up for the next Tbilisi half-marathon on Sept. 30th just to measure my running with pro and amateurs alike.
Details of the first 90 days:
Running km: 111,5 (10 workouts)
Swimming km: 22,8 (15 workouts)
Cycling km : 0
